How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3-4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bdotartsy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
USPS is the only postal service that ships to PO boxes, though FedEx SmartPost offers delivery service to PO boxes since USPS handles the final leg of delivery. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you cannot obtain a street address and use a PO Box, the telephone number of the recipient must be on the label. A shipment addressed to a PO Box can experience delays, is not covered by any UPS service guarantees, and is assessed an address correction surcharge.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
• Bdotartsy offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

• If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send back the item.
• Contact us immediately if your order is defective or damaged upon arrival for further evaluation and resolution.
• Certain types of items are not eligible for returns (custom paintings)
